The Pollock Theater’s programming series reflect the Carsey-Wolf Center’s interest in a wide range of topics and forms of media. Our CWC Presents programs explore a unique historical theme, director, genre, or pressing contemporary issue. Storytelling for the Screen fosters a nuanced understanding of cinematic and televisual storytelling across genres, formats, styles, and historical periods. CWC TV brings works in this important medium to the big screen. CWC Docs and CWC Global present critical issues and art forms from around the world, offering patrons access to films that they could not see elsewhere. And CWC Classics celebrates cinema’s rich history, bringing classic films back to the theater for critical viewing and discussion. The Center’s programming also includes curated programming focuses like Black Hollywood and Script to Screen.
