On the advice of a friend, they book a trip to the lavish Vista Del Mar resort in pursuit of sun, sand, and new adventures. However, they soon get more than they bargained for when they both develop crushes on a mysterious hunk named Edgar (Jamie Dornan), lovelorn henchman to evil genius Sharon Fisherman (Wiig, in a dual role). Barb and Star soon find themselves entangled in Fisherman’s devious plot to take revenge on the beach-going denizens of Vista Del Mar.
