Based on Stephen Rebello’s Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho, director Sacha Gervasi’s Hitchcock (2012) centers on the Master of Suspense (Anthony Hopkins) and his wife and collaborator Alma Reville (Helen Mirren) during the making of Hitchcock’s most shocking, daring and influential film, Psycho. With Scarlett Johansson as Janet Leigh, James D’Arcy as Anthony Perkins and Jessica Biel as Vera Miles.
